Fierce PC offers a wide range of support services which include over the phone support, Remote support for high speed internet users, and in person live support for California and Arizona located customers. We offer both hourly rates as well as monthly maintenance service agreements. Our rates and service details are listed below for your convenience. Onsite services for Arizona & California Areas

  • Onsite hourly rates for Microsoft related issues $90 an hour
  • Onsite hourly rates for Cisco related issues $125 an hour
  • Onsite programming or data base applications $150 an hour
  • Onsite proprietary software such as Intuit, Adobe, McKesson, and other software $125 an hour
  • Hard ware related issues (NON SERVER) $75 an hour
  • Hardware related issues SERVER related $100 an hour
  • Basic Software training for individuals and groups $100 an hour

All onsite services are billed at a one hour minimum rate. Hours are pro rated between 30-45 minutes and rounded up at 46 minutes to the nearest hour.

Remote Support Services

(International Rates are billed in US Currency)

  • Remote assistance for Microsoft Server issues including Windows Server 2000-2003, Exchange Server, Sequel Server and other Microsoft based software is billed at an hourly rate of $85 an hour OR $150 for an open ticket which means we continue until that one issue has been resolved regardless of the amount of time it takes. This does not include reinstallation of any software.
  • Remote assistance for standard operating systems such as Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000 and Linux based operating systems is billed at an hourly rate of $48.50 an hour. This service does not include server environments.
  • Remote assistance for proprietary software includes but is not limited to software such as Adobe Photo Shop CS3, Intuit QuickBooks, Microsoft Office 2003-2007, Medical software such as Medisoft and HomeTrak, client software such as Act, Microsoft Project 2007 and 2003, Microsoft Visio 2007 and 2003, Microsoft Streets/Trips and MapPoint plus MANY other software support available billed at an hourly rate of $55 an hour.

All Remote services are billed at a one hour minimum rate. Hours are pro rated between 30-45 minutes and rounded up at 46 minutes to the nearest hour. Credit card pre authorization is required.

Over the phone Help Desk Support services

(International Rates are billed in US Currency)

  • Over the phone support for Microsoft and Linux Server environments is billed at an hourly rate of $85 an hour. This includes ANY issues you need resolved. We will continue to troubleshoot multiple issues until all issues have been resolved to your satisfaction.
  • Over the phone support for basic operating systems such as Windows XP, Windows 2000 and Windows Vista is billed at an hourly rate of $55 an hour.
  • Over the phone support for Linux and UNIX based operating systems is billed at an hourly rate of $125 an hour. This does not include other software issues within Linux; this will cover any issues within the OS itself.
  • Over the phone support for Linux and UNIX software such as Bram Moolenaar, IIS, Apache, Zeus, iPlanet, thttpd, iServer, lighttpd, Samba, Citadel zimbra Open-Xchange and many others will be billed at an hourly rate of $125 an hour.

All Remote services are billed at a one hour minimum rate. Hours are pro rated between 30-45 minutes and rounded up at 46 minutes to the nearest hour. Credit card pre authorization is required.

Monthly Maintenance Support Plans are listed below

Monthly Maintenance is broken down into two categories. Residential and Commercial. Each are billed and structured differently in order to better serve your needs. These support services are bound to either a 6 month or 1 year contract. Bulk rates apply to mid sized companies with more then 3 servers to maintain. Commercial service options are also available for residence needing service for 5 or more systems, or two or more servers. Please call us for further details at 602-507-8414

Business Services

  • $40 per workstation/PC per month (1 year agreement)
  • $55 per workstation/PC per month (6 month agreement)
  • $165-$275 per server per month (1 year agreement)
  • $200-$375 per server per month (6 month agreement)
  • $10-$20 per printer per month (1 year agreement)
  • You may also opt to pay per user within your work environment rather then paying per workstation or PC. This option is best for companies that have employees that have both desktop and laptop systems in order to carry out their daily work. Rather then supporting an individual system we will base our support off of the amount of users you have within your company. You may choose how many of them you would like to be covered by our support. You are not obligated to include everyone within your environment however each user will need to authenticate at the beginning of each session.  

Printer support only covers software, network or basic trouble shooting. It does not include hardware replacement or physical damage repair work. Server maintenance rates vary based upon the servers os such as exchange server, small business server and sequel server as each require a different amount of attention and maintenance.
